The first floor of the addition provides a 440 sq ft family room for entertainment needs as well as a new mudroom allowing a drop zone transition from the outdoors. Connected and open to the family room is the newly renovated kitchen featuring a six burner Wolf rangetop.
The second floor addition now provides a new 380 sq ft master suite with walk-in-closet. For extra convenience a laundry room was also added to the same floor along with a bathroom for the children. Outside of the home is a new pergola and a 430 sq ft detached garage.
