Bayer Homes, Inc. designed and constructed a 6'x13' addition to the exisitng kitchen and remodeled the entire space in a Craftsman style to include new birch cabinetry and woodwork, walk-in pantry, granite countertops and Select Red Birch floors. The existing Dining room was converted to a more casual TV/Sitting Room which includes wainscot wall panels, 2-piece crown moulding and recessed can lighting.The Living Room was also remodeled to include new wood floors and 2-piece crown moulding.
The exterior was updated with a new front porch design (owner built), Carriage House garage door, Pella Designer Line windows, new front entry door with side lights and Hardi Plank siding.
