The Linden

The 3,020 sq. ft. Linden is one of our most popular models. A stunning stone & siding exterior and staggered roof line give it a hefty presence on the street. Inside this large ranch home feels bright and sunny. Guests enter the foyer and overlook the main living area from two steps above the main floor level. To the right is a beautiful formal dining room and straight ahead is light-filled great room with two feature walls. One is a wall of windows, and the other is fireplace and built-in shelving. There is a common theme in the open living area that is brought together by arches... over the fireplace, in the foyer’s barrel-vaulted ceiling and transom, the center window in the great room’s feature wall, and other subtle touches throughout the area. It really creates a wonderful unified feeling.

The home’s main living area is bright and sunny. Neutral tones help the large space from feeling overwhelming. In the kitchen warm, earthy cabinet colors are offset by the white island with snack bar seating, and an oatmeal colored granite helps marry the two together.
