The Trenton (2013 MBA Parade of Homes Model)

At 2,696 square feet, the Trenton is complete with all the amenities that today’s buyers are searching for. The attractive exterior features an attractive roofline, a combination of stone and siding, pleasant arched window details, and cedar columns flanking the covered front porch.

Near the foyer of the Trenton sits an impressive study that is easily accessible for clients. French doors make it easy to hide clutter and create a quiet work atmosphere. Just beyond the foyer is a light-filled great room with two skylights and over-sized windows perfect for viewing the back yard.
