The remodel project at 18220 Elm Terrace Dr., Brookfield involved enlarging the kitchen space with a 5'x17' addition and installing new Countryside cabinets with island snack bar, granite countertops and ceramic tile floor.
Other interior renovation was to convert a formal living & dining room to a TV room and home office. The exterior was updated with new vinyl window inserts, 30 year dimensional shingles and new vinyl siding. The remodel of this 1960's built home helped update the exterior and convert the floor plan to be more user friendly.
