1st Floor Remodel
The owners purchased this home last fall and wanted to make it their own. Source 1 designed and remodeled the entire first floor to provide more usable space for the owners. The original lay out separated the kitchen from the family room and included a large laundry area. Source 1 created an open concept between the kitchen and living room, and split the large laundry area into a laundry area and mudroom.
The project included relocation of walls, plumbing, HVAC system and appliances. It involved the addition of walls, installation of flooring, backsplash, cabinets, trim, patio door, windows and faucets as well as the addition of under cabinet lighting. The project was finished with paint and wallpaper.

-Glass tile backsplash
-Two-toned cabinetry (center is stained and the perimeter is painted)
-Two-toned counter (island countertop is one color and the perimeter is another)
