The home owners were interested in taking a small 140 square foot space and maximizing its use.  Source 1 designed and remodeled the kitchen, hallway and power room opening up and updating the space. The project included relocation of the HVAC system; installation of drywall, flooring, backsplash, cabinets, under cabinet lighting, fixtures, trim and windows; and upgrading the plumbing to copper pipes.
